Come and discover OM Chanting, a group practice that uses the transformative power of the sound OM, the pure universal sound of creation.
Bring a blanket and a bottle of water. The session takes place in a seated position.
The practice consists of standing in a circle and chanting the OM sound together for 45 minutes. As a group, each member tunes in to the sacred sound of OM to develop his or her consciousness.
This practice harmonises the different dimensions of our being: physical, mental, emotional and also spiritual. It is beneficial for Mother Earth and contributes to greater joy and peace.
