As part of the dance extravaganza and based around the programme of an internationally acclaimed choreographer (Marie-Claude Pietragalla), we will be bringing together local talent to highlight different choreographic styles.

This year we will be inviting Jeanne Procureur (a former dancer with Terpsichore) to present a choreographed solo - created in 2023 - Space is only noise if you can't see. This piece is the result of a personal exploration in which her voice guides her body like a vessel. Filling the space with echoes, guttural, almost animal noises, rhythms, melodies and dialogues, her voice invites her body to move.
