Les Arts par Nature Festival in Vix From 18 July to 14 August 2026

In the heart of a preserved wine-growing estate in the Marais Poitevin, the Festival Les Arts par Nature invites you to experience a timeless summer of culture, biodiversity and artistic emotions.

Concerts, live performances, exhibitions, guided tastings, meetings with artists and walks through the vineyardsare all part of a sensitive adventure in which nature meets the arts. An intimate and inspiring festival that celebrates both the living and the creative.

Saturday 18 July: opening night

Grand concert under the stars with the Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire at 8.30pm

The ONPL in quintet formation for strings and clarinet will perform Mozart and Dvořák in the estate’s open-air theatre.

Opening of the “Living Nature” exhibition by Moris Lutin from 7pm

A poetic immersion into a world populated by benevolent elves, enchanted landscapes and dreamy nature.

Discovery of Domaine Prieuré La Chaume & tasting from 11am to 12pm

Visit the organic vineyard and guided tasting with winemaker Christian Chabirand.

Picnic aperitif from 7pm

Food truck, estate wines and a friendly atmosphere before the concert.

Monday 20 July: Kaléidanses

“Melo Walk and Dance” – Creation 2026 at 8.30pm

Choreographer Gianni Joseph and the Kaléidanses company take over the vineyards for a participatory evening combining contemporary dance and collective energy.

The performance will be followed by a friendly get-together with the dancers… and then a dance session open to the public.

It’s a festive evening in which the spectators themselves become part of the adventure.

Sunday 25 July: Yannick Jaulin

“Storyteller? Storyteller” by Yannick Jaulin at 8.30pm

A recital of stories inspired by life and the Vendée region.

A one-man show combining humour, poetry and orality, Yannick Jaulin offers a joyful and deeply human immersion in folk tales and the living world.

Discovery of Domaine Prieuré La Chaume & tasting from 11am to 12pm

Visit the organic vineyard and guided tasting with winemaker Christian Chabirand.

Free picnic in the vineyards from 7pm.

Open to ticket holders for shows. Everyone brings their own picnic. Food truck and wine and drinks sales on site. Picnic tables available on reservation.

Mâchon vendéen, natural wine tasting and immersion in the world of Moris Lutin with winemaker Christian Chabirand.

Guided tours of the estate & guided tastings

On Tuesdays and Fridays at 7pm, discover the secrets of Domaine Prieuré La Chaume and its organic wines inspired by the Marais Poitevin terroir.

Self-guided tours of the estate and reception at the cellar

From Monday to Saturday, enjoy a free tour of the site, the vineyards and the exhibition.

Focus on... the exhibition "Nature Vivante!" by Moris Lutin

A figurative artist deeply inspired by living things, Moris Lutin creates works in which nature seems to vibrate, breathe and tell stories. In each of his canvases hides a small, discreet and benevolent elf, the poetic signature of his universe.

Between contemplation, imagination and wonder, the exhibition invites young and old to slow down and take a fresh look at the living world.
