This morning, a rabbit set the mood in Cheffois!

Get your best war cry (or rabbit war cry) ready, get out your giant ears and your legendary good humour: on 1 August 2026, the peaceful village of Cheffois will be transformed into a veritable party den!

It’s a festival like no other, combining concerts, wacky stage sets and charity work – and it’s not just about dancing, it’s also about supporting the Banque Alimentaire de Vendée.

Family entertainment

Bar, beers & snacks

La Bouillie à Sosso is all about good food and good times.

The spirit of the event What people like, beyond the programme

A DNA of 100% solidarity

Since 2008, La Bouillie à Sosso has been combining festivities and solidarity with a simple but powerful mission: to fill our plates while filling our hearts. Because a true hero also thinks of others, festival-goers are invited to bring a tin of food when they arrive. In return, they’ll receive a €2 food voucher to use on site. Thanks to this gesture of solidarity, over 17,000 tins have already been collected for the Banque Alimentaire de Vendée. It’s a simple, practical way of doing good while celebrating.

A rural and cultural breath of fresh air

The aim of the association? To offer a major cultural event in the countryside, in a festive, accessible and intergenerational spirit.

An intergenerational event

Giant decorations, fiery stages, a warm welcome: here, you can come as a family, with friends or on your own… from 7 to 107 years old!
