"Les Juifs en Vendée" - Lecture by Christophe Dubois
GRAND PREMIERE at the Vouvant library.
We are delighted to announce that on 20 March at 6.30pm, our library will be hosting a talk by Christophe Dubois on the subject of "The Jews in the Vendée". It's a subject that touches Vouvant very closely, as Jewish children were hidden here during the Second World War.
Lecture and book signing.
Friday 20 March at 6.30pm at the Salle des fêtes in Vouvant, followed by a Glass of Remembrance.
This lecture will be accompanied by a remembrance exhibition from 5.30pm.
Admission is free and reservations are not required.
