Meet Margaux, a young, e-pa-tante farmer!
At the heart of her 3 hectares of organic orchards, Margaux grows much more than apples and pears. She cultivates a vision.
Founded in 2022, Maison To grows 16 varieties of apples and 5 varieties of pears organically. Harvested by hand and processed according to the seasons, the fruit gives rise to cuvées that are conceived as true vintages.
Alongside his faithful companion Taku, Margaux opens the doors of his estate to you. On the programme: discovery of the orchards, immersion in the processing room, and explanation of the whole process, from fruit to bottle.
The ciders, perries and juices ferment naturally to express the purity of the fruit and the uniqueness of the vintage.
Nothing here is standardised: each year tells a new story.
The tour concludes with a tasting of the estate's different creations.
A moment to taste the terroir... and perhaps reveal the epicurean hero in you.

- Please bring suitable footwear and clothing, as the tour is outdoors.
- Ticket office closes at 6.30pm the day before.
