Taste the memory of a preserved rural world

In the heart of the Autise valley, the Maison de la Meunerie opens the doors to an 18thᵉ century complex whose water mill still runs today. As a group, explore the 1728 dwelling house, the barn and its bread oven, then watch the mill in operation. Guided by a passionate miller, you will enter the real world of milling and everyday rural life in days gone by, before extending the experience with a tasting of local produce.

An immersion in the rural world

Walk through the house, which dates back to 1728. Each room tells the story of everyday rural life in the early 20th century. The ecomuseum highlights the skills and trades of yesteryear. Finish your visit with an immersive tour of the barn and its bread oven.

From flour come delicacies

Take a seat in the barn at the end of your visit for a quick presentation of a local product, and a tasting of course!
