Stay in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park, and discover Maillezais Abbey (3 km), at the foot of which you will find a jetty for exploring the marshland canals by boat. This renovated farmhouse is located in a hamlet, in an enclosed property of 1.5 hectares. It comprises, on the ground floor, a living room/kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace, a utility room, two bedrooms with double beds (160cm), a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation area with TV and two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms/wc, one with 3 x 120cm beds and the other with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is a private covered terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private landscaped area of 500 m². There is another gîte (H85G010072) and the owner's accommodation on site. The first flambée is free. Optional extras: Housekeeping package: €110/stay; Sheet hire: €10/bed/stay; Towel hire: €8/person/stay. Additional charges: Visitor's tax; Electric heating on general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption - to be paid on site).
