This house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a lounge/living room, a kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet, a master suite with bedroom with double bed (180cm), bathroom (bath and shower with removable seat) and dressing room, two bedrooms, one with double bed (140cm) and the other with double bed (180cm), a shower room, a second separate toilet and an area with indoor swimming pool (7.75m x 4m) and sauna. Upstairs, there is a 4th bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a garage. Outside, you will find enclosed wooded grounds with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and table tennis. A reinforced socket is available for recharging electric vehicles (extra charge, depending on consumption).
