This quality wood-frame chalet meets RE 2020 environmental standards for your comfort.
- It comprises a living room/kitchen, semi-separate lounge with sleeping area, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 separate toilet and a large terrace.

- The chalet is located in a large private wooded area, 300 metres from our timber-frame house, in a quiet, leafy setting in the Vendée bocage.
With a surface area of 36 m² and a 19 m² terrace, the chalet is very well laid out and optimised:

- A fully-equipped living room/kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave grill, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cordless hoover, extendable table, 6 chairs, crockery, storage space, etc...

- Separate living room with sofa bed, clic clac, 130x190cm bultex comfort mattress, coffee table, 32-inch TV, serving as a third bedroom if required.

- A master suite (160x200 cm bed), with its own dressing room and private shower room.

- A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm), which can be brought together to make a double bed, with private shower room and dressing room.

- a separate toilet with washbasin

- a large covered terrace with a table, six chairs, outdoor sofa, coffee table and plancha.

There are also deckchairs and a hammock.

Reversible air-conditioning in the living room provides comfort throughout the year.

Towel rails in the shower rooms and radiators in the bedrooms provide comfort all year round.

You'll love the private lake 300 m away (Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 3pm), and the fishing pond 700 m away, open every day from 9am to 7pm.
