Old house on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise in the Marais Poitevin, 700 m from the centre of the village.

Ground floor: living room, access via a 5 cm step to the sitting room (decorative fireplace), kitchen, shower room/wc, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed) (2 x 90cm beds). First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 800 m² landscaped grounds with 150 m² enclosed courtyard (terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, deckchairs, carport). Bicycles available. Fishing on site. Canoe available (on request from the owner).

Oil-fired central heating: fixed price €10/day (payable to the owner),
