The chocolate factory in Foussais-Payré changed hands in July 2024. Christophe gave way to Romy (chocolatier) and Laëtitia (pastry chef).
Chocolaterie: production and sale of chocolates, pastries and biscuits, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

The tearoom from Wednesday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
The workshops continue! Taste-based educational activities to discover chocolate and other pastries (macaroons, brioche, frangipane, tarts, etc.). The workshops take place in the educational room adjoining the shop and the production workshop.
Reservations required (depending on events and seasons). 6 to 15 people per workshop. Ages 3 to 103! Families or groups.
