Recently signposted, the "La Corde" walk offers you a 14km green escape in the Marais Poitevin.
This footpath owes its name to the Corde, a small river over which the wash-house and Romanesque bridge are located, which you can discover at the start of the walk.
It leads past the Château de la Rivière to the wet marshland of the Nalliers-Mouzeuil-Saint-Martin departmental biological reserve.
For families, the route can be shortened to a 7km loop.
