Josef Rheinberger, a German composer from the second half of the 19th century, was famous in his time with the King of Bavaria for his immense repertoire, both secular and religious.

The Cantabile choir is delighted to be taking part in the rediscovery of his music, appreciated for its melodic richness and delicacy. The choir will be performing the Mass in C op 169 and the Stabat Mater op 138.

The large choir, directed by Svetlana Juchereau, will be accompanied by professional soloists and musicians.
