- Free admission for children under 3, who must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult (no ticket required).
- The 6.30pm slots on 21/07 - 28/07 - 04/08 - 11/08 have been replaced by the gourmet version of the tour.
- The tour is accessible to people with reduced mobility (please contact 02 51 69 44 99 for bookings with a wheelchair).
- Animals not allowed
- For the well-being of the animals, the organiser reserves the right to cancel a visit in the event of injury or extreme weather conditions (heatwave, storm).
