On the ground floor, you'll find the large living room, dining room, TV area and kitchen with direct access to the garden, perfect for preparing meals outside. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom offers privacy and easy access for guests.
Upstairs, you'll find five further bedrooms with three bathrooms. The master suite also has a child's bed.
The enclosed, unoverlooked garden features a private swimming pool (7x3.5 m) equipped with an alarm and a table tennis table, providing plenty of space for family and friends. Outside, the private garden with its well is the perfect backdrop for relaxing afternoons by the pool.
This gîte is only open in summer as it has no heating.
