Inauguration grand public de l'Ecole Intercommunale de Musique

After a huge building project, come and discover the new premises of the Intercommunal School of Music. You'll be guided by the teaching and administrative team and welcomed with music. Activities, concerts from 9am to 12.30pm & and guided tours from 9.30am to 2.40pm.

Musical programme on the forecourt
- 9.30 am and 10.45 am: Batucada, percussion on drums by students from the workshop
- 9.45 am: Street band, a new activity offered by the EIM
- 10am and 11.15am: the EIM invites LaBulkrack, a group of 17 musicians whose energy and virtuosity create an explosive synergy. This brass band from Poitou features rich, expressive melodies backed by swaying rhythms and danceable claves.
- 12pm: concert by EIM teachers, with original music composed by Cyril Mazan.

Alongside the musical programme, tours of the premises are available by prior arrangement only:
- Ticket office opens at 10am on Saturday 30 August.
- Tour departure times: 9.30am - 9.45am - 10am - 10.15am - 10.30am - 10.45am - 11am - 2.30pm - 2.40pm - 2.50pm - 3pm
- Duration: 45 minutes (30 minutes in the afternoon)
- Open to all
- Limited places: booking essential at the Tourist Office
- Visit accessible to people with reduced mobility
