Discover the rue des Loges as part of the European Heritage Days!
Students from the Lycée Notre-Dame take you on a guided tour of this historic street. The commercial heart of the medieval lower town, the architecture in this street bears witness to the town's past: half-timbered houses, the Millepertuis house, typical alleyways, the church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and the Pont des Sardines.
Plants have been planted to create a garden street, and ornamental railings now mark out the Passage des Loges. It's a particularly peaceful spot, home to the famous "Maison Louis XV", whose façade was listed as a Historic Monument in 1931.
Meet in front of the Saint-Jean Baptiste church, rue Saint-Jean.
