La Fabrique du Marais was founded by Rodolphe Caquineau.
Born into a family of farmers who have lived in Maillezais since 1933, Rodolphe has over 20 years' experience in the agricultural supplies industry. When he took over the family business, he decided to add a new dimension to this passion that has been passed down through the generations.
His aim: to add value to his products and his work by transforming his cereals into quality pasta!
Processed on the farm, Rodolphe wants to offer short-run products of the highest nutritional and taste quality.
He has also signed up to the Valeur Parc Naturel Régional label.
In the future, La Fabrique du Marais will be offering prepared sauces as well as pasta.
