1. THE ENVIRONMENT
A dozen hectares of private land, including 6 hectares of ponds, 3 hectares of woods and 4 hectares of meadows.
Here you are in the middle of unspoilt nature, alone, with no neighbours, not overlooked; 2 km from the centre of a small village of 1,000 inhabitants.
The heated swimming pool with terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasol overlooks the pond and offers an exceptional panorama. It is exclusively reserved for you.
3 ha are reserved for you, including 1.70 ha of pond on which the floating house is set up.
For anglers, the pond is available without a fishing licence (night fishing permitted).


2. THE HOUSE
A real floating house of around 120 m² built on a 200 m² platform offering a beautiful south-facing terrace on the water.
Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
Spices and condiments are also provided.

The house comprises
- A 60 m² living room with kitchen including 4 ring gas hob, extractor hood, oven, master chef food processor, steam cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer; full set of kitchen utensils; lounge area, dining area, office area with wifi. Large flat-screen TV on articulated arm, fireplace.
- One bedroom with a 160cm bed that can accommodate a cot.
- One bedroom with a 140cm bed that can accommodate a cot.
- A children's bedroom with 90cm bunk beds. All bedding is of high quality.
- A bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower, hammam, whirlpool bath and sauna.
- Separate WC
- Utility room with washing machine.
- Outside terrace with garden furniture, parasol and gas barbecue.

Minimum stay 2 nights. Weekly rentals in July/August

3. PETS.
Due to repeated damage, we no longer accept pets.

4. RATES
- Week :
from €1275 to €2350, depending on the period.

- W.E.: from €675 to €725, depending on the period.

- Tourist tax: €1.50 per adult per night.
