Large, charming eco-renovated gîte in 2024, surrounded by 9 hectares of hedged farmland on a hillside, with 7 to 8 bedrooms for 15 to 19 people (including the annexe). Skills workshops available on request.

You enter the main house through a vast 80m² living room opening onto the terrace and its pergola to the south, and onto a shaded courtyard to the north. This room is the heart of the house and includes a large open-plan kitchen, dining table and sitting area with a large panoramic sofa around the wood-burning stove.

The 7 bedrooms on 3 floors have a maximum capacity of 15 people (+4 people if the annexe is rented as an extra): 6 double rooms (or twin beds) and a large triple room that can be used as a games room. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 shower rooms and two separate WCs. The bedrooms face east with a view of the mill.

The ANNEXE communicates with the living area of the main house and is only rented in addition to the main house to accommodate large groups. It comprises a double bedroom (or twin beds) with en-suite shower room and a lounge/kitchen with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional children.

The hamlet, surrounded by nine hectares of hillside and wet meadow with a stream running through it, includes an old water mill and beautiful stone barns.
