Le Mûrier du Marais Poitevin

Le Mûrier du Marais Poitevin is a stone house renovated in April 2017 with a private garden not overlooked, near an organic milk farm.
Situated in the countryside, 2 km from the market town of Maillezais, it's an ideal place to relax or get together with friends or family (up to 50 people can stay on site).
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a laundry area, a fully-equipped 16m2 kitchen with induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 large fridges, 100l freezer, a large dining room (36m2), a lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people, separate wc, two shower rooms. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms, a third shower room and separate wc.
For your comfort, we have paid particular attention to the excellent quality of the bedding.

Bedroom 1: 1 x 160 cm bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x 180 cm bed
bedroom 4: 1 x 180 cm bed
Bedroom 5: 1 x 180cm bed and 1 x 160cm bed.
The 180 beds can be split into 2 90 beds (please arrange this before your arrival).

Towels, household linen and sheets are provided, and beds are made on arrival. Cleaning products, crockery and washing powder are available.

Equipment available on request:
- High chair, cot, changing mat,
- International plug.

Cleaning is included in the rental price.
Heating: €100 per week and €20 per additional day.

A large barbecue and garden furniture make for pleasant evenings.

For your leisure activities, you will find on site
- table tennis
- shuffleboard
- boules pitch (shared with the other gîte)
- Table football.

In a spirit of respect for nature and mankind, we encourage you to sort your rubbish separately.
