It is 2km from the town of Maillezais. Equipped to accommodate 15 people, the gîte is set in 3000m2 of land, not overlooked and with no neighbours (possibility of 45 people in other gîtes nearby).

On the ground floor, a 54m2 kitchen-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large fireplace and large tables, a 36m2 living room, 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms.
- Bedroom 1: 1 x 180cm bed, separable into 2 x 90cm beds, with en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin).
- bedroom 2: 1 x 180cm bed, divisible into 2 x 90cm beds
- bedroom 3: 1 x 180cm bed, divisible into 2 x 90cm beds
- bedroom 4: 1 x 160cm bed
- Bedroom 5: 1 x 180cm bed, divisible into 2 x 90cm beds, with en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin)

2 additional shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 24m2.
- bedroom 6: 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed
- Bedroom 7: 1 x 180cm bed, which can be split into 2 x 90cm beds.

For your comfort, the bedding is new in 160 or 180 (divisible into 2 x 90 if necessary) and of excellent quality.

Sheets are provided and beds made up on arrival. Household linen is also provided, as are tea towels, coffee filters, sponges, washing-up liquid and cleaning products.

Heating from 1 October to 30 April: €100 for the weekend and €20 per additional day.

A very large terrace of 84m2, including 34 m2 under a covered porch, overlooks the garden, with garden furniture and barbecue.

For your leisure, there is a table tennis table, shuffleboard and table football.

Numerous hiking and cycling routes can be taken from the gîte.
