The practice involves standing in a circle and singing the OM sound together for 45 minutes. As a group, each member tunes in to the sacred sound of OM to expand their consciousness.
This practice harmonises the different dimensions of our being: physical, mental, emotional and also spiritual. It is beneficial for Mother Earth and contributes to greater joy and peace.
