Enter the flavour workshop

As soon as you arrive, the scene is set: the smell of cocoa, precise movements, chocolate-making equipment… You’re entering a real gourmet laboratory. At the helm are Romy and Laëtitia, two passionate chocolatiers who take you into their world. There are no spectators here: you are the actor in your adventure.

Before you can create, you have to understand. Your mission begins with an immersion in the history of chocolate. From the pod of the cocoa tree to the blocks of chocolate from different origins, you will discover each stage of transformation. Touch, smell, observe… and even test your knowledge with a fun quiz. An appetiser that will awaken your senses.

Take action

Now it’s time to get hands-on. Put on your apron and get down to business. Depending on the workshop you choose, you’ll make your own chocolates: bars, lollies, sweets or even macaroons. Every step counts: measuring, moulding, decorating… You experiment with textures, play with shapes and let your creativity flow.

Younger children will have fun writing their names in chocolate, while older children will tackle more technical creations. In the expert workshops, you can even make up your own box of chocolates.

Chocolate is not just about taste. Here, you can also explore aromas through surprising olfactory activities. Fruits, spices, gourmet notes… your nose becomes a veritable tool for exploration.
