Have a pleasant stay in this terraced house adjoining a water mill dating from the 11th century, still in operation. Only 12km from Fontenay Le Comte, this large house includes: a living room with a lounge area, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with two 140 beds, one bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, two bathrooms, two shower rooms, and 2 independent toilets. 2 baby cots are available on request. The house is ideal for families, it has a heated swimming pool, a ping-pong table, games for children, a sauna, a spa. The land is closed. The swimming pool (8.2m x 4.5m) is equipped with an easily manageable retractable shelter allowing manual solar heating. It is open from May 15 to October 1. 2 private ponds available on the property for fishing (carps of 10 kgs and more) or swimming.
