Quiet, air-conditioned 4-bedroom accommodation in the heart of Rives d'Autise, a village with the "Petite Cité de Caractère" label.

The fully-renovated "Ô cœur de l'Autise" gite is located in the centre of Nieul-sur-l'Autise, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room, utility room, wc, bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and wc. FIRST FLOOR: two bedrooms with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and wc. OUTSIDE: an open courtyard with a parking space. The price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning. The accommodation is air-conditioned. Baby: high chair, cot and changing table. Tourist information and an activity booklet are available. You'll arrive in the heart of a village that has been awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère" label. Just 200 metres away, the shops and restaurants will open their doors to you as you stroll through the charming village streets, discovering a whole host of treasures: The Abbey of Saint Vincent and its museum (20 m away), the Maison de la Meunerie with its mill, the Parc du Vignaud... You'll be staying on the edge of the Marais Poitevin, with picturesque villages to explore, and around an hour from the fabulous Puy du Fou and Futuroscope...
