The ground floor comprises a living room/kitchen and a sitting room with decorative fireplace. On the attic floor (minimum height: 1m70) you will find a first bedroom with 2 single beds and a cot, a bathroom/WC, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a third small bedroom, also with 2 single beds. In an adjoining space on the ground floor (access from the covered terrace), you will find a laundry area, a bedroom with a 160cm bed giving access to a bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds, and a shower room/WC. Outside, you will find enclosed grounds with an unheated swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, a covered and partially enclosed terrace (roller shutter allowing it to be closed completely) with garden furniture, gas barbecue and sun loungers, and a covered area next to the swimming pool with a dart board and table tennis.
The gîte is right next to the owners' accommodation.
