This 40m² one-bedroom house can accommodate up to 4 people and has a 20m² courtyard, out of sight, where you can eat outside or relax on the deckchairs.

Completely refurbished since the start of 2020, this Cosy Home offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Close to all amenities: supermarket (5 minutes' walk), town centre (10 minutes' walk), shopping centre, sports ground, all shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.), secondary schools and colleges.

Free parking in front of the house or in the car park 100m down the road.
The house has free WiFi + 2 connected TVs (NETFLIX, YOUTUBE...).

The accommodation
The accommodation comprises :
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (160 x 200), a dressing room, bedside tables and soft lighting.
- A dining area (table with 4 chairs)
- Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc.)
- Lounge area with sofa (convertible for 2 extra beds)
- 2 wall-mounted flat-screen Smart-TVs (1 living room + 1 bedroom)
- 1 entrance cloakroom
- Shower room with shower, washbasin and storage unit, separate WC.
- Towels, tea towels, bath mats and bed linen available.
