The house was purchased by its current owners in 2018 and they have undertaken a number of refurbishments to the house - including a new kitchen, bathroom, shower room and a large terrace in the garden for sunbathing.

The house is perfect for large families or friends holidaying together. There's plenty of space for everyone, with a large dining table in the kitchen, plenty of comfy sofas and armchairs in the living room, and an extendable table and chairs on the patio for al fresco dining.

You arrive at the house after crossing a quiet country lane, where only the chirping of birds disturbs the tranquillity. Park in front of the house or on the small cobbled driveway, then walk to the garden side of the house, where you'll see the kitchen door.

Enter the house through the kitchen door, where you will find a large pine table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a Bosch electric oven, microwave and coffee maker, a 1.5 bowl stainless steel sink, a large fridge, as well as a second drinks fridge and a small built-in freezer. The kitchen leads to the utility room with washing machine, and then to the shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.

On the other side of the kitchen is the recently refurbished living room, equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, BOSE sound system and Wi-Fi connection. The television offers hundreds of British satellite channels. There is a wide selection of books to read and board games to play. There are two comfortable sofas, a large armchair and a footstool.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - one with two single beds, and next door a bedroom with a 152cm double bed, fitted with a new Hypnos mattress (so comfortable!) The double bedroom has doors that open onto the car park and there is a small table and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a 1.80m double bed and the third with a 1.80m double bed and a small en-suite WC and washbasin. The two double beds are fitted with new Hypnos mattresses.

On the first floor, a newly fitted family bathroom has a clawfoot bath, separate shower cubicle, double washbasin and WC.

Outside, in the sunny garden, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax - with a large terrace (pergola, sun loungers and comfy chairs), a dining area with plastic tables and chairs, and a large garden for playing badminton or letting off steam with a ball (please note that part of the garden is on a slope).

The main attraction of the garden is the 8m x 4m swimming pool, which is fenced off for your children's safety. It's open all summer and the perfect place to cool off after a long day of sightseeing!
