In the heart of the Vendée countryside, in a rolling landscape surrounded by meadows, four passionate partners have joined forces within a GAEC to combine livestock farming with a commitment to sustainability. Their mission? To produce high-quality meat whilst respecting natural cycles and animal welfare. During the tour, you’ll discover how the herd is fed, how the entire food chain works — from grass to plate — and how direct sales help maintain the link between producers and consumers. Here, we’re not just talking about agriculture… we’re talking about choice, consistency and common sense farming. And because a hero never leaves empty-handed, the tour concludes with a convivial get-together over a complimentary aperitif and a tasting of the farm’s produce.
