Description
The art of turning local seeds into pasta!
Discover a farm that turns its cereal crops into organic pasta and oils. You’ll learn how first-press cold-pressed virgin oils (rapeseed and sunflower) and pasta (made from durum wheat) are produced. An organic production operation keen to work in partnership with other local farms and artisans – including farms, soap makers and restaurants – with passion and a cheerful attitude!
You’ll be in the production area, where you’ll see the machinery (turned off, of course) and, through the window, the fields where the seeds are grown (just a few metres away). You’ll gain an understanding of our products’ journey from field to plate, you’ll be able to ask questions, and you can treat yourself in the on-site shop: direct sales and bulk sales (don’t forget to bring your own containers).
> Classic pasta, wholemeal, with (French) tomato, with (French) porcini mushrooms, buckwheat, tricolour, in all shapes and for all tastes.
> Virgin rapeseed and sunflower oils or infused oils (for cooking meat, fish or salads) and many other partner products (soaps, Bolognese sauce, herbal teas).
