Improvisational theatre

An improvised dubbing show on the big screen! Inspired by the cult film *The Great Hijack*, top-class improvisers reinvent a soundtrack using clips from recent films, classics, hidden gems, cult TV series and B-movies… With one notable difference: the voice actors and musician in *Le Petit Détournement* will have to pull off the feat of creating a script, dialogue and soundscape live on stage, entirely off the cuff, whilst being challenged by a mischievous master of ceremonies. *Le petit détournement* is punctuated by a medley of sequences and challenges to be tackled, served up with a healthy dose of humour, offbeat moments and creativity… and sprinkled with film culture. Every performance is unique and fleeting, as the video sequences are specially crafted for each event, then unveiled live on stage to the performers and the audience. The success and magic of *Le petit détournement* lie as much in the show’s dynamic and varied structure as in the talent, experience and specialised work of the Nantes-based collective La Poule, responsible for the improvised dubbing.
