This summer, the Château de Terre-Neuve invites the public to enjoy a unique immersive experience with ‘Les Enquêtes d’Élisabeth’, a series of Murder Parties taking place on several occasions throughout July and August.
For one evening, visitors become real detectives and are plunged into the heart of criminal cases full of twists and turns. As they make their way through the castle’s various rooms, they’ll need to examine the crime scenes, question the suspects played by actors, gather clues, analyse the evidence and test their theories in order to solve the case. Each performance features an original storyline, inspired by the unique atmosphere of Château de Terre-Neuve.
Mysterious murders, unexplained disappearances, family secrets or intrigues linked to the history of the place: each case holds its own share of surprises and will put the participants’ powers of observation, logic and deductive reasoning to the test.
Designed as genuine, life-size investigations, ‘Élisabeth’s Investigations’ offer a complete immersion in an exceptional historical setting. The castle’s rooms become crime scenes where every object, every witness statement and every detail can lead to the truth… or mislead the investigators.
