Oscar Piastri, Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon, Isack Hadjar: they all passed through R-ace GP before making the leap to Formula 1. It is now in this setting, between the mechanics’ workshop and the track, that companies can bring together their staff or guests. This new offering, unique in the region, is centred around several modular spaces. An intimate meeting room accommodates up to 14 people amidst the offices of the race engineers and the Team Principal, with an exclusive tour included. The venue does more than just impress. R-ace Inside draws on the principles of professional motor racing to convey to its privileged guests values that can be directly applied in a business context: performance, strategy, team cohesion and pushing oneself to the limit… For more ambitious events (cocktail receptions, client lunches or dinners, or private launches…), the workshop opens its doors exceptionally and is transformed into a unique reception venue. Lighting effects, the staging of the cars, and elegant presentation: every detail plays on the contrast between the raw world of competition and the refinement of the hospitality. Surrounded by the single-seaters, guests find themselves in a setting that few have the chance to experience. What sets the venue apart above all is something no conventional venue can offer: immersion. All the more so as a session on a professional simulator or behind the wheel of a single-seater can punctuate the day and transform a business meeting into a memorable experience. The Fontenay-le-Comte circuit is located 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 1 hour 15 minutes from Nantes and 2 hours 30 minutes from Paris or Bordeaux.
