Farm campsite located in the Venise Verte in the heart of the Marais Poitevin on an educational and holiday farm ideally placed between La Rochelle and the Puy du fou.

In the heart of Venise Verte, La Ferme du Marais Poitevin welcomes you to its educational and holiday farm. Housed in an old market-garden farm, on a 10-hectare estate in the small village of Sainte Christine, Mauve and his family offer you the chance to stay on their campsite close to the animals. Large shady pitches on the edge of the marsh await you. For a more unusual stay, 4 gypsy caravans for 4 people are available. For itinerant holidays, a tent ready to camp for 5 people is available for hire by the night. Mauve, a breeder and nature guide, offers tours of the farm, educational activities, discovery workshops and guided walks. You'll discover the farm and its various endangered breeds, such as the Baudets du Poitou and the Chèvres Poitevines. On site, you can take advantage of the table d'hôtes, swimming pool, farm produce sales and boat and canoe hire. Wifi free of charge.
