Architect-designed gîte for 6 people, adjoining the owner's second home. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living area with lounge (decorative fireplace)/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and its shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will find a landing with a library, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed) (2 x 80cm twin beds) with en-suite shower rooms and a separate WC. Outside, there is a terrace and a 46m² garden. The outside is currently being landscaped. A laundry room is available in a building attached to the gîte. The property is fully enclosed and has private parking. All-inclusive price: cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating. There is no television in the gîte. Games and books available.
