A modern and cosy studio with an outdoor area.

We are Aurélie and Laure, and we’re delighted to welcome you to our fully furnished studio, designed to be a cosy, modern retreat for your stay in Montreuil. Your four-legged friends are welcome, subject to certain conditions! We simply ask that you contact us in advance to let us know the details (breed, size, house-trained) before confirming your booking. (Please note: we have two cats of our own who roam freely around the property). The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. A studio of approximately 35m² situated in a quiet part of our property but with a completely separate entrance. Living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette: induction hob, fridge, TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster. TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom opening onto the living area, with a 160x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Options & Linen: To give you a choice and ensure the price is as accurate as possible, the linen pack (fitted sheets, bath towels and washcloths) is available as an optional extra at €10 per stay per bed. You are, of course, welcome to bring your own sheets and towels if you prefer! Please let us know your preference in your first message. Guest access is located 5 minutes from the Fontenay-Le-Comte motorway toll booth. Two free parking spaces right next to the accommodation. Other notes: 🍪 A sweet treat to start the day: Our neighbour Loréna (La Boîte à Minute) offers delicious handmade pastries and Viennese-style baked goods (available by reservation). 😍 Art & Craft: As Aurélie is a metal sculptor (Lili Métal Création), she’ll be delighted to welcome you to her on-site showroom (weekdays from 5.30 pm, and at weekends by appointment).
