Former 18th century cowshed renovated in 2006, situated on a 4-hectare property adjoining another gîte and the owners' accommodation and close to another gîte. Ground floor: kitchen/lounge accessed by 2 steps, bedroom 1 (1 x 180cm bed and 1 x 1cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 1cm bed), bathroom (bath + shower)/wc. Wifi internet access. Private area of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Communal area reserved for gîtes: swimming pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Hiking trails, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options : End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 pers. 10€/bed/stay; Hire of bathroom linen: 8€/stay; (For the 180cm bed, bring 2 fitted sheets 90cm). Additional charges: tourist tax, electric heating: €10/day (payable on site).
