The fully renovated “Ô cœur de l’Autise” holiday cottage is situated in the centre of Nieul-sur-l’Autise, on the edge of the Marais Poitevin. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a utility room, a toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed adjoining a shower room and a toilet. First floor: two bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a toilet. Outside: an open courtyard with a parking space. The rate includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and end-of-stay cleaning. The ground floor is air-conditioned. Baby facilities: high chair, cot and changing table. Tourist information and an activities booklet will be provided. You’ll find yourself in the heart of a village awarded the ‘Petite Cité de Caractère’ label. Just 200 metres away, the shops and restaurants will welcome you as you stroll through the village’s charming narrow streets, discovering a wealth of hidden gems: The Royal Abbey and its museum (just 20 metres away), the Maison de la Meunerie with its mill, the Parc du Vignaud… You’ll be staying on the edge of the Poitevin Marshes, with picturesque villages to explore, and about an hour’s drive from the fabulous Puy du Fou and Futuroscope… The beaches will spread out their sandy carpets to welcome your sunbathing towels!
