- Free admission for children under 3 years old, who must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap (no ticket required)
- The tour is accessible to people with reduced mobility (please contact 02 51 69 44 99 for any bookings involving a wheelchair).
- Pets not permitted
- For the animals’ welfare, the organiser reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of injury or extreme weather conditions (heatwave, storm).
